Couples Therapy

Overcome relationship distress, gain a better understanding of each other and learn how to communicate productively. Individual and joint sessions structured to improve and enrich your relationship.

Individual Therapy

Free yourself from negative behavioural patterns through a course of 6–12 face-to-face sessions, built around highly effective Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness techniques.

Since the emergence of COVID-19 the way we work has changed and we've had to learn to:

  • Maintain online therapy for some sessions - your session could be on or offline, depending on your preference.  We would like to see you in person for the first session.

  • Session scheduling – all sessions are scheduled with sufficient time between appointments.

  • Arriving at the clinic - Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment.

  • Track and trace – A QR code is displayed at our door to be scanned upon arrival.

  • Maintaining strict hygiene & social distancing

    • On arrival, you will be asked to sanitise your hands with the no-touch dispenser we provide at the door

    • The rooms are clean and disinfected between sessions and our therapists sanitize their hands regularly

    • All our therapy rooms are fitted with an air-purifying HEPA filter to remove all forms of airborne contaminants including Covid-19

    • Our comfortable armchairs are positioned at least 2 metres apart
